Role Overview
The Legal Attach Specialist supports the Garnishment business unit by ensuring accurate compliance with legal orders such as garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levies. This includes reviewing and restricting member accounts or funds in accordance with legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process garnishments, child support orders, tax liens, and IRS levies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Restrict accounts or funds as required by legal orders
- Analyze legal documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding legal actions
- Maintain strict attention to detail and documentation accuracy
