Join our AI & Data team to help drive rapid innovation and platform experimentation. This role focuses on building cutting-edge AI proof of concepts (AI POCs) within our ecosystem to support critical marketing, business development, and sales pipeline use cases. You will work in an exploratory, agile environment centered on rapid prototyping, integration, and iterating on evolving requirements.

responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow platform solutions, including backend platform logic, scoped applications, and platform-side automations.
- Build scripted REST APIs and robust system integrations to power business workflows.
- Proactively develop and integrate AI-driven proof of concepts utilizing LLM-backed architectures, RAG configurations, and agentic workflows.
- Prototyping innovative concepts independently and gathering stakeholder feedback to refine technical approaches.
qualifications:
3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform development experience (including backend development, REST APIs, and platform scripting).
Applied engineering experience with Generative AI technologies, such as LLM integrations, workflow-based/agentic designs, or RAG-based grounding.
Proven track record of strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate conceptual goals into functional technical solutions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience integrating AI capabilities into marketing, business development, or sales pipeline workflows.
Familiarity with Snowflake or other modern data platforms and architectures.
Knowledge of front-end development tools or ServiceNow UI Builder.
