Employement Length: 6+ month contract (conversion based on performance)
Conversion Salary: $140,000 - $170,000
Job Description:- Develop a forward-thinking vision of AI integration within the software development lifecycle and business practices
- Design, develop, document, test, and debug applications software and systems containing logical and mathematical AI solutions
- Conduct multidisciplinary research and collaborate with equipment designers and hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems
- Develop and deploy AI solutions to serve software development lifecycle and business practices I
- Work within a Safe Agile methodology, participating in ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls
- Ensure software standards are met for naval systems integration
- Provide engineering support for technical implementation of cyber solutions in conjunction with hardware product development
- Conduct vulnerability research and security testing for AI implementations
- Support the architecture refactor of legacy code base using AI-powered tools and methodologies
Requirements:- IAT II cert or higher
- Secret Clearance and able to pass T5 investigation
- 5+ YOE solving technical problems
- Experience in Agile environment
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field/ compensating YOE in the field
- Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices supporting automated delivery pipelines
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
