We have an immediate contract opportunity with Virtusa for a highly experienced Senior Network Architect (SME). We are seeking your support in identifying strong candidates for this role.

Location: Remote (Need to work in CST timing)
Experience: 15–20+ years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Network SME to design and implement secure, scalable connectivity across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. The role involves enabling seamless integration between Google Cloud Platform and Azure platforms, supporting multiple SDLC environments along with disaster recovery setups.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement cross-cloud connectivity (VPN, ExpressRoute)
Define Azure VNet architecture and segmentation strategy
Implement NSGs, routing, and firewall policies
Ensure secure integration with SaaS components
Design and validate DR network replication strategies
Perform failover and failback connectivity validation
Ensure adherence to network compliance and governance standards

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Azure networking
Proven experience in hybrid and cross-cloud connectivity
Deep knowledge of Google Cloud Platform networking (VPCs, peering)
Advanced firewall and routing design experience
Strong background in disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) network planning
