Position Overview
Seeking a Functional Oracle ERP Architect with deep expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials to lead functional solution architecture, business process transformation, and architecture governance. The role works closely with Finance and IT teams to design scalable Oracle solutions and support end-to-end financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional architecture and solution design for Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Projects, FAH/Accounting Hub.
• Lead Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Design and support bank integrations, payment processing, reconciliation, and month-end close.
• Conduct requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, and future-state process design.
• Define Chart of Accounts, enterprise structures, accounting rules, and financial models.
• Partner with technical teams on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration requirements.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, reconciliation, and production readiness.
• Provide functional governance and ensure solutions follow Oracle leading practices.

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years of Oracle ERP experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
• 5+ years as an ERP Functional/Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, FSM, AP, FAH/Accounting Hub, and SLA.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Strong knowledge of R2R, P2P, O2C, and project accounting.
• Hands-on configuration experience preferred; candidates should be able to explain real-world configuration examples.
