Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SCM Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Order Management (OM) and Drop Shipment processes to lead solution design, implementation, and optimization across Oracle SCM platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting end-to-end order-to-cash and drop ship fulfillment solutions, aligning business requirements with scalable Oracle SCM best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as SCM Solution Architect for Oracle SCM implementations with a focus on Order Management (OM) and Drop Shipment flows
- Design and architect end-to-end OM and Drop Ship business processes, including order orchestration, supplier collaboration, and fulfillment
- Lead CTH phase activities, including discovery, solution blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis
- Configure and optimize Oracle OM setups such as pricing, orchestration processes, fulfillment lines, shipping, and billing integration
- Design and support Drop Shipment scenarios, including supplier sourcing, PO creation, ASN, and customer invoicing
- Collaborate with Procurement, Inventory, Shipping, AR, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integrations
- Provide architectural guidance for Oracle SCM Cloud / EBS hybrid environments (if applicable)
- Define integration requirements with OIC, third-party logistics (3PL), suppliers, and external systems
- Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization
- Mentor functional consultants and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Functional roles, with architect-level responsibility
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management (OM)
- Proven expertise in Drop Shipment processes (supplier direct fulfillment)
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle
- Experience designing complex fulfillment orchestration and sourcing rules
- Strong functional knowledge of Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Procurement, and AR integration
- Experience working in CTH or phased implementation models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
