Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with government agencies, particularly in labor or employment services.
• Relevant certifications such as Prosci, CCMP, or PMP.
