Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Front Office Trading Technology support
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Murex MX.3
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across complex trading workflows
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure production support environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience in automation or support tooling to improve operational efficiency
