Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support infrastructure and platform delivery teams working in Agile environments. The Scrum Master will coach and support teams using Scrum and Kanban, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and enable smooth delivery of server installations and software upgrades across multiple North American locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for infrastructure delivery teams using Scrum and/or Kanban
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach teams on Agile best practices, servant leadership, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate and support the delivery of new server installations and software upgrades across 77 North American shop locations
• Partner with infrastructure, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Identify, track, and help remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Support Agile reporting, metrics, and transparency through Jira and dashboards
• Represent Agile teams in cross‑functional forums, ensuring clear communication across horizontal teams
• Assist teams in managing multiple high‑priority deliverables in parallel
• Encourage use of AI tools to improve planning, delivery efficiency, and team productivity

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Experience working with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise delivery teams
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to work across distributed and cross‑functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and delivery focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jira; Jira dashboarding and reporting is a strong plus
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM) preferred
• Experience supporting large‑scale or multi‑location deployments
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in Agile planning, tracking, or delivery workflows
