Summary

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Senior Software Integrator with TRIRIGA and Maximo to provide support for our government customer in the National Capital Region, Washington, D.C. This is an onsite opportunity at the Pentagon.

The selected candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise system integrations across facilities, asset management, and financial platforms. This role focuses on ensuring reliable data exchange, automation of workflows, and improved reporting accuracy across multiple government systems.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement integrations among TRIRIGA, Maximo, the Space Portfolio Division Rent Billing system, SMS Builder, and related databases.
  • Develop interfaces that synchronize data across real property inventory, maintenance systems, and space management platforms.
  • Configure and customize Maximo applications including security roles, workflows, automation scripts, and user interfaces.
  • Implement automated workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate to ensure consistent data updates across enterprise systems.
  • Perform data transformation, validation, and migration to support reporting and operational processes.
  • Troubleshoot and repair existing reporting issues related to rent billing and property data sources.
  • Design and implement intuitive UI/UX interfaces to support system usability and adoption.
  • Extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Oracle database tools.
  • Integrate SharePoint, Excel, and related Microsoft tools into enterprise workflows.
  • Provide subject matter expertise supporting BUILDER Sustainment Management System components.
  • Coordinate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve system performance and business processes.
  • Deliver regular status reports and technical briefings to program leadership.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Master's Degree or higher

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of twenty (20) years of program or systems management experience in enterprise IT environments.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating TRIRIGA, Maximo, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise databases including Oracle, DB2, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Power BI, and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management methods.

Technical Skills:

  • Maximo Integration Framework, automation scripting, application configuration, and workflows
  • Java, SQL, Python, or JavaScript scripting experience
  • Reporting platforms such as BIRT or Cognos
  • Application servers such as WebSphere or WebLogic
  • Experience building connectors between Microsoft and third-party services

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience applying AI tools to property or facilities datasets
  • Familiarity with CAD systems and property design files
  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise data architecture and governance

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Active Secret clearance (must be able to maintain)
