Delivery Infrastructure Director

• Work Model: 100% Onsite - 5 days per week from the client location. - Vancouver, WA - Onsite
• Domain Experience: Candidates with a Healthcare industry background are highly preferred and will have a strong advantage.
• Compensation: Competitive and based on the candidate's experience and overall qualifications.
• Employment Type: Subcontract (C2C) and Full-time opportunities. For Full-time hires with TechM, the finder's fee will be shared as per our mutual agreement.

• If you are introducing a subcontractor, the consultant (or their employer) must contract directly with Headway Tek.
• Headway Tek will issue a referral work order, allowing your organization to receive the agreed referral margin for as long as the consultant remains on the assignment.

POSITION :

Role: Delivery Infrastructure Director / Director - Infrastructure Operations & Delivery

Location: VANCOUVER,WA

Rate : Open for C2C or full time

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Services and Delivery Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale Infrastructure Services engagements within enterprise environments.
• Strong technical background in IT Infrastructure, with the ability to lead technical delivery and operational excellence.
• Prior experience working in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment with leading global IT services organizations such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, or similar.
• Extensive experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models, ensuring seamless coordination across global teams.
• Demonstrated success leading large infrastructure delivery teams of 150-200+ professionals across onsite and offshore locations.
• Hands-on experience driving IT infrastructure transformation initiatives, including process optimization, service improvements, operational modernization, and large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, and delivery governance experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise engagements.
• ITIL Certification (Foundation or higher) is mandatory.
• Experience in the Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite (5 days/week) from the client location.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure programs across multiple domains (cloud, network, compute, storage, workplace, etc.)
• Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure successful outcomes
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, program management standards, and best practices
• Drive program reporting, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment
• Define and execute infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals
• Lead digital transformation initiatives such as cloud migration, hybrid cloud adoption, and infrastructure modernization
• Identify opportunities for automation, cost optimization, and service improvement
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and senior leadership
• Build strong relationships with executives and influence decision-making
• Present regular updates on program status, risks, and achievements
• Own and manage large program budgets (CapEx and OpEx)
• Ensure cost efficiency and ROI realization across infrastructure investments
• Track financial performance and optimizing resource allocation
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance standards
• Drive business continuity and disaster recovery preparedness
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and contracts
• Oversee outsourcing partners and service providers
• Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met
• Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, project managers, and technical leads
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance
