SAP EAM Consultant (Plant Maintenance / Asset Management)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Operations & Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of end-to-end business process flows, SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), and related modules, with the ability to deliver functional solutions, configurations, and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for SAP PM, PPM (Portfolio and Project Management), and RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) modules
Configure and implement SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and PPM solutions aligned with business needs
Provide end-to-end support for SAP EAM issues, ensuring timely resolution
Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for workflows, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms
Develop and execute test scenarios, including Unit Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support post-implementation validation and continuous improvements
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing operations and project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in SAP EAM / SAP PM Consulting
Strong expertise in Technical Objects, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, and Preventive/Breakdown Maintenance processes
Hands-on experience in SAP PM, PPM, and RE-FX modules
Proven experience in SAP configuration, functional design, and implementation
Strong understanding of business process mapping and asset lifecycle management
Experience in testing methodologies and defect resolution
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP for technical collaboration
