Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Endpoint Security Engineer to support an enterprise security engagement. The engineer will assess the client’s current endpoint security and management environment, identify control and security gaps, recommend improvements, and actively support the implementation and remediation efforts.

 The ideal candidate is an all-around security engineer with strong endpoint security fundamentals. Ability to understand security controls, evaluate an existing environment, and quickly learn and work with the client’s tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the current state of enterprise endpoint management and security controls.
• Identify vulnerabilities, configuration gaps, and opportunities to improve endpoint security posture.
• Support vulnerability management, patch management, endpoint hardening, and lockdown activities.
• Review endpoint security controls and recommend practical, sustainable improvements.
• Develop remediation recommendations and help execute the resulting technical changes.
• Work closely with client security and infrastructure teams to implement security best practices.
• Help establish consistent processes for ongoing endpoint security and management.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Endpoint Security / Endpoint Management.
• Experience with Vulnerability Management and Remediation.
• Strong understanding of Patch Management processes and best practices.
• Experience with Endpoint Hardening, Lockdown, and Security Configuration.
• Knowledge of endpoint security controls, posture assessments, and security best practices.
• Ability to assess an existing environment, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Comfortable working hands-on through implementation and remediation, not solely assessment or advisory work.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with client security teams.
