• 3 5 years of hands-on software development experience.

• Experience with modern full-stack development technologies such as .NET, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, cloud platforms, databases, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and become productive with minimal ramp-up time.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and troubleshooting.
