The Solution Architect CTH is responsible for designing and delivering architecturally significant solutions that enable domains to achieve critical business and technology objectives. The initial focus of this role is to provide architectural leadership across key Finance platforms, including:
? Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB)
? Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
? Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
? Kyriba
Additionally, the Solution Architect will provide architectural capability for Corporate Systems, spanning applications such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Salesforce. This role plays a key part in enterprise-wide initiatives, contributing to complex projects, products, systems, shared infrastructure, and application services. By applying structured analysis and design principles, the Solution Architect ensures that solutions:

As this role transitions to a full-time position, it will play a key role in shaping the Prime Architecture practice, mentoring peers, and contributing to the Community of Practice to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
? Serve as the architectural authority for Oracle Fusion ERP, ORMB, and EPM (including FDI).
? Provide architectural oversight and strategic guidance for Kyriba treasury operations and bank connectivity.
? Oversee and influence architectural decisions across ServiceNow, Workday, and Salesforce platforms to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business outcomes.
? Lead the design and implementation of integrations across Finance and Corporate Systems platforms.
? Define and support API strategies, data flow orchestration, and ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure data movement.
Architectural Design & Documentation
? Translate business and technical requirements into end to end architectural blueprints that align with strategic objectives.
? Produce clear, high quality architecture deliverables (e.g., diagrams, decision records, analyses) and effectively communicate designs to technical and non technical audiences.
Solution Development Enablement
? Create and maintain solution architecture deliverables that guide the design and delivery of products, services, projects, and systems.
? Provide architectural support across applications, technologies, business processes, and information/data domains throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Current, Transition, and Future State Architecture
? Analyze and document current state, transition state, and future state architectures for assigned domains.
? Identify and proactively address technical debt, architectural gaps, legacy system constraints, and scalability risks.
? Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure solution designs align with enterprise strategy, roadmaps, and reference architectures.
? Contribute to the development of reusable architectural patterns and artifacts.
Additional Responsibilities
? Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology enabled innovation.
? Act as a trusted architectural advisor, ensuring solutions align with strategic, financial, and operational objectives.
? Define, apply, and refine architecture principles, standards, and patterns through established governance and assurance processes.
? Ensure solution compliance with approved frameworks, security requirements, and best practices.
? Research emerging technologies, industry trends, and disruptive practices relevant to Finance and Corporate Systems.
? Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support innovation and measurable business value.
? Actively contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Solution Architecture practice.
? Participate in and support the Solution Architecture Community of Practice, sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
? Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Or an equivalent combination of education & work experience. (High school diploma or GED required.)
? 8+ years in Business Analysis, System Design and Development, Systems Engineering, or Technical Architecture; to include 3 years direct experience working within an Architect role.
? Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and at least one of the following: ORMB, Oracle EPM/FDI (OBIEE).
? Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or Kyriba.
? Experience with corporate systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or Salesforce.
? Strong background in integration architecture and middleware platforms.
? Experience identifying and applying design and architecture patterns in solutions.
? Experience in translating complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.
? Experience with modern and responsive web application architectures and design.
? Experience with modern API architecture and best practices.
? Experience and knowledge of cloud computing.
Skills & Knowledge
? Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and achieving consensus.
? Ability to define, plan and initiate architecture for assigned area and scope.
? Demonstrate wide understanding of the domain area, with ability to apply practical and pragmatic solutions.

? Experience handling a variety of solution types, such as new system builds, legacy enhancements, implementing commercial-off-the-shelf packages and integrating with Cloud solutions.
