Software Developer / Facilities Manager (IBM TRIRIGA / Maximo CAFM)

Trigyn's direct government client in Austin, Texas has a requirement for a Software Developer / Facilities Manager (Hybrid). The particulars of the opportunity are below:

Description:
Provides development and optimization services for the existing IBM TRIRIGA /Maximo CAFM application. This includes creating and defining or redefining, dimensions, rules, and processes to align with evolving agency requirements. Develops processes that are streamlined with the data model and enhances performance. Supports the upgrade of IBM TRIRIGA application by upgrading environment, planning and executing content migration with minimal business disruption, and managing the transition of upgrades.

Develops, modifies, and supports report writing with BIRT. Modifies existing TRIRIGA components to improve the agency?s process, maintenance and improve system efficiency.

Mandatory Qualifications:
? Experience as a Facilities Manager
? Experience contracting on IBM TRIRIGA /Maximo products for a minimum of 1 contract
? Experience in TRIRIGA Projects Version 10
? Experience as a Workplace Reservation Manager
? Experience as a Real Estate Manager.
