Key Responsibilities
Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and overall progress.
Communicate project status, issues, risks, and updates to business stakeholders.
Partner directly with C-level executives and senior leadership, providing concise project updates, presenting key findings, and facilitating executive-level decision-making.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders across South America.
Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure project activities remain aligned with business objectives and agreed timelines.
Support communication and coordination between U.S.-based leadership and South American stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Project Management or a related role.
Strong business stakeholder and C-level executive communication experience
Demonstrated experience managing projects from planning through execution.
Strong experience with project scope, timelines, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting.
Excellent business stakeholder management and communication skills.
Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
