Role Summary
Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect with 6+ years on the Salesforce platform and strong hands-on architecture experience. This role combines technical leadership, solution design, and client facing in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Salesforce architecture and implementation design
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Design and oversee complex low-code and custom development
• Guide integrations, security models, and platform best practices
• Support discovery, testing, training, and delivery efforts
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership
Required Qualifications
• 6+ years Salesforce experience; 4+ years in an Architect role
• Strong Apex, Flows, Process Builder (5+ years)
• CI/CD experience (cumulusCI a plus)
• Experience with 2nd Gen Packages
• Proven debugging, automation, and integration skills
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Litify, SQL, prior Business Analyst experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
