Description

We are looking for a skilled IAM Engineer to join our team in Orlando, Florida. This role involves working with identity and access management systems to facilitate secure and seamless authentication processes across applications and external partners. You will collaborate closely with senior engineers to implement and optimize federation protocols, ensuring smooth integrations and troubleshooting when needed.

Responsibilities:

Configure and support federation partnerships with applications and external entities, ensuring secure connections.

Implement Single Sign-On solutions using Azure AD/Entra ID, with optional exposure to SiteMinder.

Manage authentication flows by working with protocols such as SAML and OpenID Connect to configure claims and metadata.

Collaborate with senior engineers to address complex federation and identity tasks.

Conduct onboarding processes for new integrations, adhering to internal standards and resolving authentication issues.

Work with various identity provider platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, and Ping, focusing on federation and application onboarding.

Troubleshoot authentication-related challenges, ensuring timely resolution and system reliability.

Ensure compliance with federation protocols, including the management of certificates, claims, and tokens.

Optimize app registrations and configurations within Azure AD/Entra ID.

Provide technical expertise in federation metadata and Active Directory attributes.

Requirements

Proven experience in configuring federation partnerships, including SP/IdP relationships and certificate management.
Strong understanding of SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related authentication protocols.
Hands-on expertise with identity providers such as Azure AD/Entra ID, Okta, and Ping.
Ability to manage app registrations and configurations within Azure AD/Entra ID.
Familiarity with federation protocols, including claims, tokens, and authentication flows.
Knowledge of Active Directory attributes and federation metadata.
Optional exposure to SiteMinder for Single Sign-On integrations.
Focused expertise in federation and application onboarding, rather than identity lifecycle governance.
