- Schedule: 40 hours per week; Mon – Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm Pacific Time.

Description:
- Seeking a Salesforce Consultant to implement case management for our Provider Lifecycle Management team.
- This will involve collecting requirements from operational stakeholders, documenting the approach, implementing, and testing the solution, and deploying it.
- In addition, this will require the ability to develop training materials and provide training to the operational team.
- This consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the implementation but will have the support of the ISS Salesforce Applications team.
- This is an MVP solution time-boxed to a 12-week implementation, following this approximate schedule:
- Week 1: Onboarding and Discovery
- Week 2: Design and Approval
- Weeks 3–8: Iterative Build with Weekly Demonstrations
- Weeks 9–10: QA and UAT
- Week 11: Deployment and Training
- Week 12: Post-Go-Live Support / Hypercare
- Prepare for and facilitate discovery sessions with operational stakeholders.
- Develop design documentation.
- Configure a Provider Data Model in Salesforce.
- Implement the Provider Lifecycle Support App.
- Implement Onboarding Case.
- Implement Tasks and Events.
- Implement Process Automation Notifications (Flows).
- Implement Email Templates.
- Implement Reports and Dashboards.
- Configure App Data Access Policies (Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules).
- Conduct Quality Assurance Testing.
- Provide User Acceptance Testing support.
- Provide training and Operational Readiness.
- Provide Hypercare.
- Complete Project Closure.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently engaging with impacted technical and operational stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Ability to develop documentation detailing the solution design.
- Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with testing methodologies, test scripting, test execution, and reporting.
- Understanding of deployment best practices related to service cloud.
- Declarative Salesforce Development capabilities including but not limited to Users, Queues, Permission Sets, Objects, Page Layouts, Flows as required.
- Ability to work closely with partner stakeholders including but not limited to Project Manager, End User Operational Teams, and various IT teams.
- Required Certifications – Salesforce Administrator, App Builder I.
