Job Description:

Quevera is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer - Agile/Scrum with an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.

This role supports Systems Engineering efforts within an Agile software development environment, with responsibilities involving Scrum, end-to-end development environments, system trade analyses, system design alternatives, and technical documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an Agile Scrum Master.
  • Work within an Agile software development environment.
  • Generate technical documentation.
  • Utilize Jira and Confluence.
  • Be responsible for end-to-end development environments.
  • Conduct and/or approve end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize system operations over its life cycle.
  • Develop system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
    • Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • Experience generating technical documentation.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with end-to-end development environments.
  • Experience conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses to optimize system operations over its life cycle.
  • Experience developing system design alternatives considering life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth.
