POSITION OVERVIEW

KayDev Technology is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager for a 30-month opportunity supporting the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports in Albany, New York.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience managing infrastructure and application-development projects, leading secure software implementations, maintaining Microsoft Project schedules, managing COTS products, and coordinating projects involving state-government stakeholders.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must clearly document the following experience in their résumé:

• 84 months of experience as a Project Manager managing project execution and control, including maintaining project budgets, Microsoft Project schedules, scope, requirements, status reports, communication plans, and quality standards.

• 84 months of experience as a Lead Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle, including planning, analysis, design and development, implementation, testing, and release-to-production activities for new software implementations.

• 60 months of experience as a Project Manager managing infrastructure projects requiring network connectivity, such as building management systems, medication distribution systems, temperature monitoring systems, VoIP, wireless, and other systems.

• 48 months of experience providing technical support to facilitate understanding of proposed IT contract scopes of work and ensuring they address version upgrades, installations, configurations, custom development, incident triage and troubleshooting, and testing.

• 48 months of experience managing application-development projects that include commercial off-the-shelf products.

• 60 months of experience simultaneously managing multiple projects on varied platforms, including infrastructure, application development, and platform-migration projects.

• 60 months of experience working on projects requiring an understanding of technical requirements, including server and database requirements for multiple environments such as Development, QA, and Production.

• 48 months of experience managing project-management functions in ServiceNow Project Management Software, including updating and maintaining start and end dates, estimates, cost plans, change requests, milestones, and status reports.

• 48 months of project-management experience leading projects with direct stakeholder involvement at the state-government director level or above.

• 48 months of experience managing projects involving more than one state agency.

• Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
