Minimum Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Proven experience in installing and servicing alarm and camera security systems.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, networking, and troubleshooting security equipment.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Certification in security system installation or related technical fields (e.g., NICET, BICSI).

  • Experience with IP-based camera systems and network configuration.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and local regulations related to security system installation.

  • Strong customer service skills and experience working directly with clients.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet client needs.



Responsibilities:


  • Install, configure, and test alarm systems and surveillance cameras at client locations according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing security systems to ensure optimal functionality and address any technical issues promptly.

  • Conduct site surveys to determine the best placement and setup of security equipment based on client requirements and environmental factors.

  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations to clients on system operation and basic troubleshooting techniques.

  • Document all installation and maintenance activities accurately, including system configurations, service reports, and client communications.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve installation processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on the latest security technologies, industry trends, and compliance regulations to maintain professional expertise.
