Remote: Lead Enablon Consultant with NABASIC

POSITION OVERVIEW

The CMT team is seeking an Enablon Senior Consultant / Lead to spearhead the delivery of critical EHS, Risk, Compliance, and Sustainability technology solutions. This mission-focused role integrates advanced configuration and script development to deliver high-quality, end-to-end application services. The goal is to maximize platform efficiency and streamline system capabilities for enterprise-level operations.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and deliver end-to-end Enablon implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
• Independently manage project execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Design and implement NABASIC-based development for Enablon modules as per business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide solution recommendations, and drive alignment.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, including status updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Configure and customize Enablon applications, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards.

• Hands-on Enablon experience (8-10 years)
• NABASIC scripting and development (8-10 years)
• Solid understanding of EHS, Risk, Compliance, or Sustainability modules within Enablon (8-10 years)

The ideal candidate is an expert-level Enablon technical lead who displays an autonomous, proactive work ethic and strong consultative communication skills. They bring extensive experience writing complex NABASIC scripts and possess a deep functional knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) modules. This individual excels at bridges-building between technical architecture and corporate stakeholder expectations.

• Lead end-to-end Enablon implementations from scoping requirements through to full-scale deployment and post-go-live operations.
• Architect and code custom configurations using NABASIC scripting to meet precise business process workflows.
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to provide advisory guidance, define project scope, and resolve technical challenges.
• Oversee application lifecycle testing, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
