Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ML Engineer with strong experience in the telecom domain, especially around 3GPP KPIs, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Predictive Failure Modeling, and modern Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for telecom network intelligence, automation, anomaly detection, and proactive issue resolution across large-scale network environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Design, build, and optimize ML models for telecom network analytics and operational intelligence.
· Work extensively with 3GPP network KPIs across RAN/Core/Transport domains.
· Develop intelligent RCA frameworks for network degradation, alarms, and service-impacting events.
· Build predictive failure models for proactive maintenance and outage prevention.
· Implement AI-driven anomaly detection and forecasting systems using streaming and historical telecom data.
· Develop and integrate Agentic AI workflows for autonomous troubleshooting, recommendation engines, and operational automation.
· Collaborate with Network Operations, OSS/BSS, Data Engineering, and Product teams.
· Create scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
· Optimize model performance for real-time telecom use cases.
· Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI/ML best practices and architecture decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Telecommunications, or related field.
· 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning/Data Science.
· Strong telecom domain expertise with understanding of:
· 3GPP standards and KPIs
· RAN/Core network performance metrics
· Network fault management and alarms
· OSS analytics
· Hands-on experience with:
· Predictive analytics
· Time-series forecasting
· RCA systems
· Failure prediction models
· Strong programming skills in Python.
· Experience with ML frameworks
