Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Techno Functional Solution Owner to lead Oracle Supply Chain initiatives as a net new addition to the team. This role serves as the IT product owner for core Oracle Supply Chain modules, owning strategy, execution, and business alignment across both on-prem EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The Solution Owner will partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Oracle solutions, guide development teams, and support a broader transition from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms. The role is approximately 70 percent functional and 30 percent technical, with a strong emphasis on independent execution and domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as IT Product Owner for Oracle Supply Chain modules, owning backlog prioritization and solution direction
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, create user stories, and align delivery with operational priorities
• Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives while maintaining deep understanding of on-prem Oracle EBS environments
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system and technical requirements for development teams
• Own and support core modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure smooth system adoption and transition
• Provide subject matter expertise on legacy systems to support data migration and cloud conversion efforts
• Drive results with minimal oversight, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
• 10 to 20 plus years of experience in IT and Supply Chain systems
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS on-prem and Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Cloud
• Proven techno functional background translating business requirements into Oracle solutions
• Deep experience with Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics modules
• Ability to write clear user stories and effectively communicate requirements to technical teams
• Strong understanding of supply chain business processes and system integrations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders
• Ability and willingness to work onsite on a full-time basis
