Summary
We are seeking a senior-level Enterprise Project Manager with strong Business Analysis capabilities to lead complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects. If you excel at driving project execution while re-engineering business processes, we want to hear from you!
Location: Columbia, SC (Downtown)
Work Arrangement: Onsite initially (Potential for hybrid flexibility once fully acclimated)
Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds of Virtual Interviews
Note: Candidate is responsible for downtown parking/travel costs; nationwide applicants welcome.
Key Requirements & Core Skills
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Project Management: Minimum 7+ years of experience managing moderate-to-high complexity projects.
- Enterprise IT Infrastructure: Minimum 5+ years of experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
- Business Analysis: Demonstrated hands-on experience in business analysis and process redesign/mapping.
- Education: A completed and verifiable Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Active PMP, PMI-ACP, or a comparable project management certification.
- Execution Skills: Strong schedule management, resource planning, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple fast-paced work efforts.
- Methodologies: Experience with RAID logs, procurement support (RFPs/SOWs), and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / cutover activities.
Primary Deliverables
In this position, you will regularly develop and own:
- Project Charters & Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Requirements Documents & User Stories
- Process Diagrams, Data Flows, and Status Dashboards
