Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and service residential heating and cooling systems.
This is
not an entry-level or maintenance-only position. We need an experienced service technician who can run calls independently, accurately diagnose problems, communicate options to homeowners, and complete quality repairs.
What We\'re Looking For- 5+ years of residential HVAC service and repair experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification
- Ability to run service calls independently
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to explain repair and replacement options clearly to customers
- Comfortable recommending solutions without high-pressure sales
- Low callback mentality - diagnose it correctly and fix it right
- Valid driver\'s license and acceptable driving record
- Dependable, professional, and customer-focused
