Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Mississauga, ON - Canada (Only for Canada Authorize)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to support and scale our Salesforce ecosystem across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, translate requirements into effective Salesforce solutions, and guide the adoption of strategic Salesforce capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to capture detailed Salesforce requirements.
Salesforce Solution Design & Configuration
- Convert business requirements into scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
- Configure core Salesforce features: objects, fields, flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, etc.
- Recommend platform best practices and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Advanced Salesforce Platform Expertise
The candidate must have working experience and hands-on exposure in the following areas:
1. Setting up the Enterprise Org Hub.
2. Implementing Salesforce Data Cloud including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and activation.
3. Developing Agent force AI use cases on the enterprise hub org.
4. Integrating Salesforce with external applications and platforms.
5. Defining guardrails and establishing a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) with governance.
6. Assessing current Salesforce orgs and devising a strategy for optimization.
Process Optimization
- Identify improvement opportunities and design future-state workflows aligned with Salesforce capabilities.
- Propose automation and standardization solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test cases for new features and enhancements.
- Support UAT, address feedback, and ensure high-quality production releases.
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including process flows, solution designs, configuration notes, and training materials.
- Deliver user training and adoption support as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Platform).
- Hands-on experience with declarative configuration.
- Expertise in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201).
- Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Platform App Builder.
- Data Cloud Consultant (highly desirable).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Mulesoft, Kafka, Boomi.
