RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Post Trade Systems.

What You'll Do:
* Design and develop strategic business systems for trade lifecycle management, market data, and compliance
* Build robust solutions using Python, React, and modern frameworks
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient applications
* Contribute to automation, data governance, and workflow optimization initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 4-6 years in financial services preferred, with exposure to bonds, loans, and mortgage-backed securities
* Senior-level full stack development experience
* Strong proficiency in Python and React
* Solid understanding of financial services, especially trade settlements (SWIFT experience is a big plus)
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have:
* Mendix experience (training provided if new to the platform)
* Familiarity with AWS services and REST API development
* Knowledge of DTCC processes and fixed income instruments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
