Most companies manage mobile devices.

Very few truly understand how many they have, who is using them, and whether they should be paying for them.

We’re looking for a leader who can bring structure, governance, and visibility to enterprise mobility and IT asset management. This role will oversee a large mobile device environment of roughly 30,000 devices, helping the organization optimize usage, strengthen oversight, and introduce smarter mobility strategies, including potential BYOD programs.

You’ll also lead the broader IT Asset Management function, ensuring technology assets across the enterprise are properly purchased, tracked, governed, and managed through their full lifecycle.

This role partners closely with Technology, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to ensure asset management practices support operational efficiency, compliance, and cost control.

Must haves

• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management, enterprise mobility management, or technology asset governance
• Experience managing enterprise mobile device environments or mobility programs
• Experience leading teams responsible for asset inventory, tracking, or governance
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, purchasing governance, and inventory control processes
• Experience working cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, and Procurement teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate device usage, inventory patterns, and optimization opportunities

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large-scale mobile device lifecycle management programs
• Experience working with telecom or mobility vendors
• Familiarity with asset management or procurement platforms such as ServiceNow, Coupa, SAP, or similar tools

In this role you’ll oversee the enterprise mobile device inventory, evaluate allocation and utilization patterns, and help implement governance strategies that reduce unnecessary or underused devices. You’ll also guide asset lifecycle practices across the organization, ensuring assets are tracked accurately from procurement through retirement.

You’ll work with vendors and internal teams to maintain accurate asset records, support inventory audits, and provide leadership reporting on asset health, compliance trends, and optimization opportunities.
