Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across multiple teams, stakeholders, and delivery workstreams. In this role, you will guide agile teams, manage matrixed development environments, use data to drive decisions, and ensure projects move from inception through execution with clarity, alignment, and momentum.

Responsibilities
Lead complex projects and initiatives across multiple teams, workstreams, stakeholders, and business priorities.
Manage agile delivery teams using scaled agile practices, including PI Planning, dependency coordination, team alignment, and delivery tracking.
Break down projects into clear plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership models, and execution paths.
Use Jira reporting, metrics, and team health indicators to assess progress, identify trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
Coordinate matrixed development teams to ensure priorities, risks, dependencies, and timelines are clearly understood and actively managed.
Partner with third-party vendors and external stakeholders to support project delivery, launch readiness, and execution success.
Proactively identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies to keep projects on track.
Support team formation, onboarding, and ramp-up of new team members to accelerate productivity and alignment.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all stakeholder levels, from delivery teams to executive leadership.
Drive project launches by coordinating readiness activities, cross-functional alignment, execution planning, and post-launch follow-through.
Foster a high-performing team environment built on collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications

7 to 15 years of experience as Project Manager leading complex technology, software, development, or transformation initiatives.
Strong experience running agile teams and managing delivery in matrixed team environments.
Solid understanding of scaled agile practices, including PI Planning and cross-team dependency management.
Experience using Jira reporting, dashboards, metrics, and delivery data to evaluate team health, track progress, and support decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to break down large initiatives into manageable plans, deliverables, milestones, and execution steps.
Strong risk management skills, including the ability to identify, mitigate, escalate, and communicate risks effectively.
Experience working with third-party partners, vendors, or external delivery teams.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with technical teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive audiences.
Strong leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to ramp up new team members, build team alignment, and support high-performing delivery cultures.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and evolving business needs
