Summary

LOCATION: Addison, TX – preference is on site 3-4 days a week

DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality objectives are met
  • Partner closely with client stakeholders to define requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain alignment
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the project lifecycle
  • Drive effective communication across business and technical teams, including executive-level updates
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for deliverables
  • Engage with client leadership to refine project needs and adapt to evolving priorities

 

Required Experience

  • 5–7+ years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering at least 2 D365 implementations
  • Strong background in IT PMO environments and enterprise implementations
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving client environments

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
  • Organized, proactive, and responsive in managing client interactions
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
