Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Enterprise Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and full-stack application development.
The ideal candidate will act as a business-embedded technologist, partnering directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design AI-enabled solutions, build intelligent workflows, and deliver production-ready applications that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.
This role requires a combination of enterprise architecture, AI solution design, hands-on development, process transformation, and business consulting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, low-code/no-code automation, cloud architecture, CI/CD, and modern application development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, architect, and build AI-driven business solutions and intelligent workflows.
Develop Copilot-based intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Power Platform.
Build AI-assisted workflows and business process automations using low-code/no-code and pro-code technologies.
Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and AI-powered applications to business processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for AI transformation.
Lead AI discovery sessions, ideation workshops, discovery sprints, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
Design and implement LLM-powered applications, AI agents, copilots, and intelligent workflow solutions.
Develop applications using Azure cloud services and modern full-stack development technologies.
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and business workflows.
Design AI-enabled solutions with appropriate considerations for security, scalability, reliability, governance, and responsible AI.
Conduct technical research, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and identify opportunities for enterprise adoption.
Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, reports, and presentations.
Build prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate AI use cases and business value.
Support application testing, validation, debugging, error handling, and production readiness.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment processes.
Collaborate with centralized AI, cloud, security, engineering, and architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
Translate business requirements into scalable AI and cloud architecture solutions.
Provide technical guidance and communicate architecture decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and intelligent automation.

Azure / Cloud
Strong Microsoft Azure architecture and development experience.
Experience with Azure AI services / Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry or similar Azure AI technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, application integration, APIs, security, scalability, and deployment.
Experience designing and deploying AI-enabled applications on Azure.
Knowledge of Azure serverless, containers, APIs, databases, and cloud-native application patterns preferred.
Full-Stack Development
Strong hands-on full-stack development experience.
Experience building and deploying enterprise applications.
Strong programming experience in one or more modern languages such as:
Python
C# / .NET
JavaScript / TypeScript
Java
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, web applications, API integrations, and cloud-native development.
Ability to move from architecture and design into hands-on development and implementation.
DevOps / CI/CD
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated application deployment.
Experience with:
Knowledge of automated build, test, deployment, and release processes.
Business & Functional Qualifications
Strong understanding of business process transformation, process engineering, operations modernization, or digital transformation.
Ability to identify inefficient business processes and determine where AI, automation, and intelligent agents can deliver measurable value.
Strong understanding of financial services / banking technology preferred.
Experience working directly with business users and translating business problems into technical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with architects, developers, business teams, product owners, and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Systems Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience delivering AI transformation initiatives within financial services or banking environments.
Microsoft certifications related to Azure, AI, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365.
Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Graph API, RAG, vector databases, or AI agent frameworks.
Experience with enterprise AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI.
Experience developing AI Proofs of Concept and transitioning them into production solutions.
