Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead end-to-end platform implementations and drive enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations, along with solid leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of overall IT experience
10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Proven experience leading end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Strong expertise in:

ITSM
ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)

Experience with CMDB design, governance, and CSDM framework
Hands-on experience with:

Discovery and Service Mapping
Event Management
Cloud Discovery (AWS, Azure)

Strong development experience with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards
Knowledge of:

ACLs, role-based access control, and data security/compliance

Strong integration experience using:

REST / SOAP APIs
Integration Hub
Service Graph Connectors

Experience integrating with tools/platforms like:

Dynatrace
Splunk
AWS / Azure
Active Directory

Exposure to:

AIOps and Virtual Agent / GenAI capabilities

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
Design scalable solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules
Manage and govern CMDB and CSDM framework
Lead integration design and implementation with enterprise systems
Ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance
Drive platform upgrades and enhancements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and solutions
Lead and mentor technical teams

Preferred Skills

Experience with additional modules like GRC/IRM, HRSD
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and governance
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
