Health & Welfare Specialist - SQL

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking a Health & Welfare Specialist - SQL.

Responsibilities:
* Analyzing the client source data to identify issues, potential causes, and suggested remediation
* Navigating the organization, bringing together interested parties, negotiating differences, and drawing effective conclusions
* Asking appropriate questions to extract information, follow up and bring closure to issues
* Learning and applying Systems and Processes as they pertain to the job (such as analysis process and data loading process)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Excellent analysis skills, preferably data analysis skills, are required
* Solid experience with query languages such as SQL
* Should have proven general experience programming languages and relational databases
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Work optimally as a team member
* Demonstrate solid leadership skills; are highly organized, self-motivated with strong time management skills and an ability to handle various tasks simultaneously
* Ability to thrive in a matrix-managed environment across multiple locations and functions
* Broad application/technology experience is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
