Agent Builder

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of an Agent Builder in Coppell, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and deploy AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated workflows
* Create conversational flows, decision logic, and agent experiences that address business needs
* Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, CRM platforms, and other business applications
* Develop workflow automations using tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or n8n
* Partner with stakeholders to identify processes suitable for AI-driven automation and process improvement
* Translate business requirements into scalable low-code/no-code solutions
* Test agents and workflows across multiple scenarios, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
* Monitor agent accuracy, completion rates, usage patterns, and overall effectiveness
* Maintain technical documentation, process flows, user guides, and deployment records
* Ensure solutions follow applicable data security and privacy requirements
* Provide training and ongoing support for deployed AI agents and automation solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of experience developing solutions with low-code/no-code platforms
* Hands-on experience building AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, or workflow automations
* Experience with AI and automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Virtual Agents, Botpress, Voiceflow, Zapier, Make, or n8n
* Knowledge of API integrations, webhooks, databases, data structures, and workflow logic
* Understanding of conversational design, user experience, and natural language processing concepts
* Experience with prompt engineering and large language model (LLM) integrations
* Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
* Ability to troubleshoot complex workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement
* Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to independently manage multiple projects and adapt to new AI and automation technologies
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and relevant low-code/platform certifications is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
