Key Objectives & Responsibilities

  • AWS & Serverless Architecture: Architect high-performance bridges between Salesforce and AWS. Lead the strategy for off-platform processing via AWS Lambda, event-driven workflows using EventBridge, and leveraging AWS compute to bypass Salesforce governor limits.
  • AI & Intelligent Automation: Design and deploy AI-first automations, including Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and custom LLM integrations to transform manual tasks into predictive, autonomous business processes.
  • System Evolution & Modernization: Take full ownership of the architectural roadmap. Audit and resolve legacy technical debt while architecting new, scalable functionalities that align with long-term business goals.
  • Ecosystem Governance: Define the "Source of Truth" across a hybrid landscape, optimizing seamless data flows between Salesforce, AWS data lakes, and third-party APIs.
