Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a Program Manager in the delivery of the HR1 Program, a high-visibility initiative focused on reducing SNAP error rates and improving program performance. The Project Coordinator will support multiple concurrent projects by coordinating program activities, facilitating executive and operational meetings, tracking action items and deliverables, and developing executive-level reporting for senior leadership and Cabinet stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Support project activities associated with the HR1 Program and initiatives aimed at reducing SNAP error rates and improving operational effectiveness.
Coordinate across business, operational, policy, and technology teams to ensure alignment on program objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective action plans related to SNAP error reduction efforts.
Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and status reports highlighting key metrics, program progress, issues, and achievements.
Facilitate leadership, governance, and operational meetings focused on program performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track action items and follow through with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables and program objectives.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting large-scale government, public sector, human services, benefits administration, or healthcare programs.
Experience working on initiatives involving program compliance, eligibility operations, quality improvement, or performance management.
Familiarity with SNAP, Medicaid, social services programs, or other public assistance programs is strongly preferred.
