This role involves enhancing operational efficiency through strategic workforce planning, financial oversight, and business governance. 
Key responsibilities include managing budgets, headcount, and vendor contracts, utilizing data analytics tools for insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Drive operational effectiveness through strategic workforce planning and financial management.
Oversee headcount planning, budget forecasting, and organizational reporting.
Manage contract and vendor governance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilize data analytics tools for reporting and translating complex data into actionable insights.
Enhance process improvement and ensure risk and compliance oversight.

Qualifications
Proven experience in financial analysis and budgeting.
Strong skills in headcount forecasting and resource allocation.
Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools such as spreadsheets and dashboards.
Excellent stakeholder management and strategic planning abilities.
Strong communication skills to convey complex data to senior management.
