Reporting to the Maintenance Manager at our Council Bluffs facility, you will lead the 2nd shift team members in the maintenance department to ensure production lines, affiliated equipment, and facilities operate efficiently. You will schedule work and workforce to meet production demands, maintain the preventative maintenance system, and strive to exceed the plant?s safety and uptime goals. You will help establish mechanical integrity and equipment reliability programs to ensure employee safety, provide environmental security, and maximize plant availability, product quality, and cost effectiveness. You will leverage internal and external resources to provide daily direction and solutions for the workforce.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee?s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees? equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
