Application/Integration Engineer Manufacturing Systems (SHM/CAD/PLM)

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Application Support Analyst to support and enhance the applications used across our CAD, PLM, and SHM (Smart Handling Management) ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of manufacturing processes, data integration, and functional analysis, ensuring seamless endtoend system performance for global business units.

We need someone with Citrix experience and Data format tools (XML/CSV/XLS).

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and application owners to analyze issues, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support the deployment and continuous improvement of SHM solutions.

• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 support for SHM applications using SEP ticketing systems.
  • Monitor system alerts and proactively identify potential malfunctions.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; escalate complex issues with complete diagnostic details.
  • Perform and maintain SHM solution setup (functional + technical configurations).
  • Conduct nonregression testing, performance checks, and deviation analysis.
  • Support business teams during UAT and golive phases.

System Integration & Data Management

• Work with data formats such as XML, CSV, XLS (midlevel proficiency required).
• Ensure seamless integration between SHM, CAD/PLM systems, and the broader Information System.
• Set up procedures for data archiving, cleansing, restoring, and backup/recovery planning.
• Visualize how data flows through manufacturing processes and impacts final products

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of data formats: XML, CSV, XLS.
• Experience with SQL, Information Systems, and ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and how data reflects into final products.
• Exposure to Citrix (highly preferred)
• Understanding of system integration, interfaces, and application support.
