Senior Sales AI Agent Builder

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Sales AI Agent Builder to design, build, and deploy autonomous AI
agents that automate and optimize sales workflows. You will develop AI-powered solutions for
prospecting, lead qualification, personalized outreach, objection handling, meeting scheduling,
and CRM automation. Working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering teams, you will
build intelligent systems that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity, and customer
engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and build autonomous AI agents for prospecting, lead qualification, outreach,
objection handling, and meeting scheduling.
• Develop RAG-powered Sales Knowledge Bases using product documentation, pricing,
FAQs, and competitive intelligence.
• Integrate AI agents with Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and
other sales technologies.
• Build prompt engineering strategies, reasoning workflows, and evaluation frameworks to
improve agent performance and accuracy.
• Automate CRM updates and maintain high-quality sales data and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable AI
solutions.
• Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI agent performance.
Required Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Growth Engineering, Sales Engineering,
Solutions Engineering, or RevOps Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and LLM-powered applications.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar AI
orchestration frameworks.
• Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering,
and AI evaluation.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with Salesforce or HubSpot and modern sales
engagement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense, etc.).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience building AI SDRs, AI copilots, or autonomous sales agents.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, etc.).
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or other enterprise LLM platforms.
• Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments.
