Job Overview: In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.
Responsibilities: - Lead complex technology initiatives, including those that are companywide with broad impact.
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large-scale technology solutions.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs.
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives.
- Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions.
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology teams, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues.
- Lead project teams or serve as a peer mentor.
Qualifications: - 5 years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5 years of experience with Java/Spring development.
- 4 years of experience with React.
- 4 years of experience in Python.
- 4 years of experience in Angular.
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Lang Graph.
- 1 year of experience with multi-agent orchestration systems.
Desired Qualifications: - 2 years of experience with Kafka, S3, Dremio, Vault, or EPLX.
- 2 years of experience with Pyspark.
- 2 years of experience working in an Agile environment.
- 2 years of experience with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- 2 years of experience developing or deploying AI-powered tools, chatbots, LLM-based automation, or agentic workflows.
- 2 years of experience in the Financial Industry.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems.

Pay Range: $65.00 - $75.00/hr on W2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
