Position Summary

We are seeking a highly execution-oriented Program Manager who thrives in driving complex initiatives from concept to completion. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong sense of ownership, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a relentless focus on delivery. The ideal candidate is proactive in identifying risks and obstacles early, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring successful outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Healthcare delivery experience is a significant asset, particularly in large enterprise environments where coordination across business, technology, operations, and executive leadership is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic programs and initiatives through the entire delivery lifecycle, ensuring commitments are met on time and with high quality.
• Establish clear execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and accountability mechanisms to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and organizational challenges early, and rapidly drive resolution through collaboration and escalation when necessary.
• Demonstrate a "finish-line mentality" by maintaining momentum, removing obstacles, and ensuring successful program completion.
• Partner closely with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Utilize enterprise project management and delivery tools, including Jira and related Agile delivery platforms, to manage work, track progress, and provide transparent reporting.
• Develop executive-level communications, presentations, dashboards, and strategic materials for C-suite and Vice President leadership audiences.
• Provide clear, concise, and data-driven status updates, highlighting progress, risks, decisions required, and business impact.
• Challenge conventional thinking and bring innovative, out-of-the-box approaches to problem-solving, process improvement, and delivery excellence.
• Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing complex information into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
• Drive governance, accountability, and operational rigor across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management, project management, or delivery leadership experience in large enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of successfully driving complex, cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Strong execution mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight timelines and competing priorities.
• Advanced experience using Jira and enterprise delivery management tools.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience creating executive-ready materials for C-level and VP-level leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to quickly identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong partnerships across organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare payer, provider, healthcare operations, or healthcare technology delivery experience.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation, digital, operational, or technology programs.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications.
• Experience supporting executive governance forums and steering committees.
