Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Cloud Fusion Functional Consultant with 10+ years of Oracle functional consulting experience and strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, and Redwood UX.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations, with deep functional expertise across the Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood user experience, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), integrations, configuration, testing, data migration, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud Order Management & O2C
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Order Management implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure Order Management, Pricing, Order Orchestration, Fulfillment, and Global Order Promising (GOP).
- Design and implement complex order flows, including:
- Back-to-back orders
- Drop shipments
- Internal transfers
- Order holds and approvals
- Fulfillment orchestration
- Define and configure order types, orchestration process definitions, fulfillment sequences, pricing strategies, and business rules.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end O2C processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- 10+ years of experience as an Oracle Functional Consultant, with multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Fusion implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Oracle Cloud Order Management
- Oracle Cloud Pricing
- Oracle Accounts Receivable
- Oracle Cash Management
- Oracle General Ledger
- Oracle Redwood UX
- Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and business flows.
- Strong experience with Order Orchestration, GOP, fulfillment execution, pricing rules, and complex order scenarios.
- Strong AR experience covering invoicing, AutoInvoice, receipts, Lockbox, customer master, collections, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on Cash Management experience covering bank reconciliation, cash positioning, cash forecasting, and bank statement processing.
- Practical experience implementing and personalizing Oracle Redwood pages.
- Experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for Redwood personalization and configuration.
- Strong functional integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party CRM, payment, banking, and enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of P2P and Cash Application processes.
- Strong experience with requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and production support.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
