Graphic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Graphic Designer in Charlotte, NC.

Key Tasks:
* Designs and creates graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, print projects, websites and logos
* Creates layout specifications and animation for electronic products; May use a variety of media to achieve artistic or decorative effects; Must have knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design
* Responsible for archiving and retrieving artwork and electronic files; Manages projects to budget and schedule; Works well in a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, website designers and marketing specialists
* Partner with staff to translate ideas and concepts using narratives, illustrations and presentations using tools like MS Office

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong Narrative experience
* Knowledge and experience with industry tools
* Strong written communication skills
* Interpreting requirements
* Translating requirements
* Creativity and willingness to innovate and tinker
* Ability to adapt and manage through change
* Ability to deliver under firm deadlines with quality and preciseness
* Ability to work with limited or no direct supervision

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
