Role: Certified Epic Healthy Planet Analyst with Compass Rose (CoRo) – W2 Role
Location: Remote
Contract:6-month contract
We are seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Analyst with Compass Rose (CoRo) to support reporting and analytics initiatives within the Epic environment. This role will focus on developing and delivering actionable insights using Epic’s Compass Rose reporting tools to support operational and business decision-making.
Required Skills:
· 7+ years working as a Certified Epic Analyst; preferred certifications: Healthy Planet, EpicCare, Ambulatory, Care everywhere, SmartForms, etc.
· Hands-on experience with Epic Compass Rose (CoRo)
· Experience with healthcare data and workflows
· Ability to work with business users to define reporting needs
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain reports using Epic Compass Rose (CoRo)
· Analyze Epic data to support business and operational needs
· Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
· Translate business questions into actionable data insights
· Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
· Support ongoing enhancements to reporting solutions within Epic
