Job Title: Product Owner – SAP P2P & Supply Chain
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract to full time hire (C2H) 


Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner (PO) to lead end-to-end process design and optimization across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, and Finance functions. This role requires a strong blend of functional expertise in SAP and exceptional stakeholder management skills to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver business value.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, IT teams, and leadership to define, prioritize, and execute initiatives within SAP environments, with a focus on P2P and supply chain modules.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end process design across P2P, Supply Chain, and Finance touchpoints

  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements

  • Gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements into actionable user stories

  • Lead backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking in an Agile environment

  • Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to implement scalable solutions

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive standardization across workflows

  • Ensure alignment with business goals, compliance standards, and operational efficiency

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions


Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role

  • Strong expertise in SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, SD, or related areas)

  • Solid understanding of Finance integration points within SAP

  • Proven experience in end-to-end business process design and transformation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence decision-making


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs

  • Familiarity with S/4HANA environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

  • Certification in Scrum/Product Ownership (CSPO or equivalent) is a plus

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus

  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
