Job Summary: The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for Level 1 technical and customer support positions, including Service Desk, Customer Service, Network Operations Center (NOC), Security Operations Center (SOC), and Infrastructure Operations Center (IOC) roles. This position will support Level 2 and Level 3 recruiting efforts when required.
The Junior Recruiter will oversee sourcing, screening, selection, hiring, onboarding coordination, and candidate experience while ensuring timely fulfillment of staffing requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities in English and Spanish, and the capability to collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Essential Functions: - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Level 1 positions, including Service Desk, Customer Service, NOC, SOC, and IOC roles.
- Provide recruitment support for Level 2 and Level 3 technical positions as needed.
- Review open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and verify all required approvals before initiating recruitment activities.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, recruitment platforms, social media, employee referral programs, university partnerships, and other talent acquisition channels.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates according to position requirements and company standards.
- Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate and administer psychometric assessments when required.
- Conduct employment verification and professional reference checks.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely feedback.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Gather and verify all hiring documentation to ensure complete employee files prior to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation in company systems.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and available before employee start dates.
- Request and coordinate computer equipment and system access for incoming employees.
- Notify hiring managers and onboarding stakeholders of upcoming new hires.
- Welcome new employees and support a positive onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and reports, including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Candidate Pipeline Volume
- Hiring Success Rates
- Employee Retention Metrics
- Recruitment Source Effectiveness
- Document recruiting processes and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support additional People Operations initiatives and projects as assigned.

- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Education and Experience: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related areas.
- Experience recruiting for technical support, customer service, or IT-related positions is preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is preferred.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes is an advantage.
Work Schedule: - On-site position based in Puebla.
- Monday through Friday.
- 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- One-hour meal break.
Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- May occasionally need to move office equipment and materials up to 15 pounds.
