This role supports CoreVest Finance by owning day-to-day support and continuous improvement for
Conga, X-Author (and related document generation and data-connected templates), and Salesforce.
The goal is to keep teams productive, keep documents accurate, and keep approvals and compliance
tight - without slowing the business down.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Provide day-to-day support for Conga and X-Author, troubleshooting templates, workflows, and
data-merge issues through closure.
• Maintain and enhance approved document templates, ensuring accuracy, formatting standards,
and strong version control.
• Administer user access and permissions and enforce controlled change processes for templates
and workflows.
• Support approval routing and workflow reliability; coordinate fixes with IT, vendors, and business
stakeholders.
• Perform testing and UAT for new templates and updates; validate outputs across real-world
scenarios before release.
• Create user guides, job aids, and training to reduce recurring tickets and improve user self
service.
• Monitor recurring defects and document generation performance; drive root-cause fixes to
improve throughput during deal cycles.
Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies
• 5+ years supporting business applications, document automation, workflow tools, or operations
systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Conga and/or X-Author (or similar document generation
tools).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to debug data mapping, merge logic, and permission issues.
• Ability to manage multiple urgent requests and maintain service quality during high-volume
periods.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to prioritize work and set clear
expectations.
• Experience documenting processes and operating with a controls mindset (approvals, evidence,
Versioning).
Preferred Qualifications (Strong Plus)
• Experience supporting lending or financial services documentation workflows or regulated
documentation.
• Experience integrating document tools with CRM or source systems and managing a
controlled template library.
• Familiarity with ticketing and change management tools and basic reporting and analytics
(Excel)
